39ko Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 39ko ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 39ko website available at 39ko.vip, including all games, services, features, and content offered through it. By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

2. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full features of the 39ko platform, you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Each player must:

• Register only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
• Keep login credentials confidential. 39ko is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification when requested. Verification documents may include national ID card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification.
• Not allow any third party to use your account, including family members. Each account is strictly for the registered holder only.

39ko reserves the right to suspend any account pending verification and to request additional documentation at any time to confirm player identity, age, or source of funds. Withdrawal requests may be withheld until verification is complete.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 39ko are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 39ko accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via the following local mobile payment platforms: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 39ko does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment account must match the name registered on your 39ko account.

Deposit Conditions:

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, however large deposits may trigger additional KYC verification before being credited to your account balance.
• Deposits are credited to your 39ko balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact 39ko support with your transaction reference.
• 39ko does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Check your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay terms for applicable charges.
• Deposited funds used in gameplay cannot be reversed. Once a bet is confirmed and settled, that transaction is final regardless of the outcome.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise verified by 39ko support.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 30 minutes of request approval. During peak periods, including major cricket fixtures such as BPL finals and IPL knockout matches, processing may take up to 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. 39ko reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending identity verification, and to request supporting documentation at any stage of the withdrawal process.
• Any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) for that bonus before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before the rollover is met will result in the forfeiture of those bonus-derived winnings.

39ko is not responsible for delays or failures in payment processing caused by issues with your mobile wallet provider, your mobile network operator, or any third-party system outside of 39ko's direct control. In such cases, please contact your wallet provider directly and notify 39ko support with your transaction details.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

39ko may offer a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, IPL season, and BPL. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:
